Taking advantage of shared overlaps in the workday will help in dealing with time zone differences. Video meetings can be a useful tool to help build team spirit.
One tool for managing Cultural differences is an open two-way conversation between the Project Manager and team members. A frank discussion early in the project will help the Project Manager understand and respond to issues during the project. These conversations should also allow team members to have a better understanding of expectations.
